Are There Any Risks to using Essential Oils During a Massage?
Yes. In some cases, your skin may be sensitive to certain essential oils. You need to always dilute the oil with massage lotion or carrier oil before applying to the skin. Then, be on the lookout for symptoms of irritation such as rash, hives, redness, swelling, or itchiness.
