How to Use the iReliev Hand Massager
It’s easy to use the iReliev Hand Massager. First, find a place to do the massage. You can sit on a chair/sofa or lie in a bed. The massager can be placed on a table or next to you. Just make sure you have a set up that is comfortable for you.
Make sure your hand massager is charged. If the battery is dead, you will need to plug it in to charge for a few hours. The battery will last a while, so you won’t have to charge after every use.
When you are ready, put one hand inside the machine. You will feel a raised area where you should place your palm. If you have long fingers it is fine if they stick out the other end. Your hand(s) should be clean without any lotions, oils, or jewelry.
Start the massage by pressing the power button. Choose your massage program by pressing the mode button. It defaults to Program #1 (combination between, fingers, palms, and wrists alternately and synchronously), but keep pressing it to get to the option of your choice.
Set the intensity using the intensity button which defaults to medium (level #3) on the first press. Keep pressing the button to adjust to your liking. If it’s your first time using the hand massager, I suggest starting on the lowest intensity setting and working your way up.
You can press the heat button to add warmth if you like. It takes about 5 minutes for the hand massager device to heat up. The heat setting can be used on it’s own without any massage if you like.
There is also the option to add vibration. The first time you press the vibration button it provides an intermittent vibration effect. Press it again for a steady vibration. If you want to turn off the vibration, just press the button again.
End or pause the hand massage at any time by pressing the power button. After 15 minutes, it will automatically shut-off to prevent overheating.
To clean the iReliev massager, make sure it is unplugged and use a damp sponge. It should be stored in a cool, dry place.
